WHAT DO MENNONITES BELIEVE?

At the center of Mennonite faith is affirmation of Jesus Christ as the model for life and as One who died and rose so we can live in union with God. Mennonites want to keep Christ’s life and ministry alive in the world. This is why we refer to the church as the "Body of Christ." We believe the church is comprised of flawed but forgiven people who desire to follow Jesus’ teachings. We believe Christ asks us to offer each other forgiveness, love, invitations to grow, and a spirit of peace.
